Strictly 1 Account to get Pitaka Rewards only. We are fully monitored who did make an order and any violation committed is referred to as an illegal act. This is to ensure fairly to us.

In order to be successful your referral, your friend needs to make an order for us as the first purchase with a minimum amount of 1,500 in a single receipt to be able to receive your referral rewards instantly!

You can request a cancellation of the order through make an email at hello@theoscommunity.com, chat in messenger near the bottom right, or call at +639088968129.

Our cancellation cut off is 7 pm a day before your delivery schedule. Ordering cut off for next day delivery is 6 pm.

Your cancellation of order request will be processed if request is made on or before 7 pm a day before your delivery schedule. No more cancellation on the day of delivery.

We deliver every Monday – Saturday within Metro Manila only. Free delivery with minimum amount of 1,500 pesos.
For Outside Metro Manila –  Cost will be shouldered by clients based on rates by third party logistics.
Due to this pandemic and lockdowns,  we can cancel delivery on areas where lockdowns are imposed or areas that have high infection rate.
We will deliver your orders based on your delivery schedule but no specified time.  We will do our best effort to deliver your orders as early as possible.  Our commitment is that your delivery will be delivered based on your specified day of delivery.
Please make sure all the name of the receiver and contact number is correct.  Our delivery team will not wait a long time, maximum of 10 mins so please make sure the person who will receive your orders will answer our delivery team call.   
If the receiving person is not available  and the delivery address is a townhouse with guard or  building with reception our staff will leave your orders to them.
If the receiving person is not available and the delivery address is a house with no one to accept the orders we will reschedule the delivery the next day but  delivery fee will apply plus the perishable goods that will be replaced will be added to the customer’s bill.

You probably did not finish the transaction process. However, you can make another order again to finish your PayPal payment process to avoid cancellation automatically.

For clients with preferred time, they may use any third party delivery courier (fee care of client) or pick up at our store.

4. Enter the amount that you want to topup (min. 100php)
5. Click add and follow the form along with your payment method
6. Wait for Theo’s Community Market Team to confirm your topup
7. After successfully confirm, you will receive a notification that credited the amount to your account

After successfully checking out, you will be directed to an order confirmation page. Also, an order confirmation email will be sent to you.
Before delivering your order on the selected date. Our representative will call or message your for verification purposes. Also you can check it to your My Account > Orders and check for the details/status.

IMPORTANT! Failure to verify means forfeit of order and delivery.

A new order has to be made and the wrong order will be cancelled. Please inform us of the wrong order immediately at our hotline or email.

Due to changes in packaging designs and also the nature of the product which is PERISHABLE, the product you receive may not look exactly as seen on the website. Rest assured the product you received is still the quality product you want, if not better!

For added convenience, you can pay online using Visa, Mastercard, American Express thru paypal. We also accept Gcash, Paypal, Pitaka Wallet on selected Metro Manila cities.
