Our cancellation cut off is 7 pm a day before your delivery schedule. Ordering cut off for next day delivery is 6 pm.
Your cancellation of order request will be processed if request is made on or before 7 pm a day before your delivery schedule. No more cancellation on the day of delivery.
We deliver every Monday – Saturday within Metro Manila only. Free delivery with minimum amount of 1,500 pesos.
For Outside Metro Manila – Cost will be shouldered by clients based on rates by third party logistics.
Due to this pandemic and lockdowns, we can cancel delivery on areas where lockdowns are imposed or areas that have high infection rate.
We will deliver your orders based on your delivery schedule but no specified time. We will do our best effort to deliver your orders as early as possible. Our commitment is that your delivery will be delivered based on your specified day of delivery.
Please make sure all the name of the receiver and contact number is correct. Our delivery team will not wait a long time, maximum of 10 mins so please make sure the person who will receive your orders will answer our delivery team call.
If the receiving person is not available and the delivery address is a townhouse with guard or building with reception our staff will leave your orders to them.
If the receiving person is not available and the delivery address is a house with no one to accept the orders we will reschedule the delivery the next day but delivery fee will apply plus the perishable goods that will be replaced will be added to the customer’s bill.
You probably did not finish the transaction process. However, you can make another order again to finish your PayPal payment process to avoid cancellation automatically.

Before delivering your order on the selected date. Our representative will call or message your for verification purposes. Also you can check it to your My Account > Orders and check for the details/status.

A new order has to be made and the wrong order will be cancelled. Please inform us of the wrong order immediately at our hotline or email.
Due to changes in packaging designs and also the nature of the product which is PERISHABLE, the product you receive may not look exactly as seen on the website. Rest assured the product you received is still the quality product you want, if not better!
